“If you don’t make the time to create new behaviours or change current ones that hinder your goals, you’ll be forced to spend time with a body and life you don’t want.”

A little about me

I’m Lee

I’ve been personal training for 20 years in the UK, USA, Australia and Bermuda, and during that time I’ve helped thousands of clients change their lifestyles, health and physiques. I’ve worked in 5* hotel gyms, high end fitness facilities and worked for Equinox as a top of the line Tier X Coach.

Its been a journey for me too as I’ve learned more over the years, I’ve changed as a person, overcome a broken leg, arm, spine injury, and the depression and emotional eating that comes with feeling less than you used to be, and unable to be ‘normal’. My journey has helped me as a coach, getting into my best shape at 40 years old, losing a lot of fat, gaining muscle, becoming pain free, improving my sleep and nutrition, and understanding what it takes to make changes and get results. I’ve been constantly fine tuning my skills to deliver the best nutrition advice, best training programs, and best lifestyle behaviour changes for you.

“What’s it like to live as your future self after you achieve your goal?”

You….

You want one, some or all of the following.

Fat loss, muscle gain, posture correction, pain reduction, improved sleep, stress reduction, improved strength, to fit back into those favourite jeans, shirt or dress. Basically you want to feel physically and emotionally happy naked.

It’s not important to me how old you are or where you’re from. It is important how committed you are to the process and how badly you want to change something in your life. When the commitment of the client meets the expertise of the coach, there is nothing that cannot be achieved.

My clients work with me because they’re ready to go to the next level. They’re ready to go outside of their comfort zone and get the results they want.

You want a person in your life that can be honest with you, a person who can make you see what you cannot see yourself. Sometimes your best thinking is wrong, and I’m going to help you see that and then give you options that work.

Look around you and inside you. How many people are just settling? A lot would be my bet. People are settling everyday into OK relationships, jobs, lives and bodies. Most people lead mediocre lives. On their deathbeds, they look back and regret those lives. Not my clients.

Why do people do that? Because OK is comfortable.

OK means you don’t have to change much or try hard, or be uncomfortable in new circumstances or lifestyle changes.

But OK isn’t what you really want. It isn’t life changing, thrilling or unforgettable.

OK is the reason people don’t get the change, result or goal they want. Being OK and comfortable is why I see so many people stay the same, especially in their body goals.

Daring to move away from OK, away from the norm, and changing what you currently do that provides you with no result, is the only way to give you a chance of achieving something amazing.
